PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A tornado watch has been issued for the entire region until midnight. This is a particularly dangerous situation (PDS).
The National Weather Service issued the watch just before 3 p.m. in effect for counties in southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, western Kentucky and northwest Tennessee.
Severe weather is expected to move into our region, bringing with it the potential for large to very large hail, potentially long-lived strong tornadoes and widespread damaging winds.
