Friday morning weather

CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- Friday won't have any storms in store for us, however, it will be an overcast day.

We will start out with temps in the mid to upper 40s with a small chance of rain and overcast skies. Winds will be out of the north at around 5-10 mph.

Clouds will start to thin out throughout the day today as temps keep fairly steady in the mid 50s with winds out of the north around 10-15 mph. This will remain the case through the evening hours. Once nightfall hits, temps will fall down into the 40s. The winds will fall too and should be calm overnight.

This weekend will flat out be beautiful. This is perfect weather to get out and do some yardwork.

Saturday will bring sunny skies with calm winds and temperatures reaching the lower 60s. This will be amazing weather.

Sunday is also going to be beautiful, but we are tracking a little wind. Some clouds will move in, but temperatures will climb into the lower to mid 70s and the winds will increase up to 20 mph throughout the day. Still, an awesome day to be out though.
