...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Big Muddy River near Plumfield and Murphysboro.

.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River, dropping
below flood stage near Plumfield Sunday, and near Murphysboro
Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and will continue.

* WHERE...Big Muddy River near Plumfield.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Sunday morning and continue falling to 15.1 feet Thursday,
April 24.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Warmer for the weekend

(WSIL) -- South winds will blow all night and be gusty on Saturday. The warmer flow will bring back the feel of summer for the weekend. Clouds are expected early Saturday but should thin by afternoon. 90 degree weather is in the forecast for each day through Tuesday. The next chance of rain rolls in late Tuesday and peaks on Wednesday. I will have the latest forecast updates on News 3 WSIL.
