(WSIL) -- The rain showers that have been a daily occurrence for more than a week will finally come to an end.
A weak cold front will pass by Friday pushing out the more humid air and dropping the chance of rain.
A few light showers and sprinkles will fall Friday as the cooler air starts moving in.
Weekend temperatures will be cooler and feel more like early spring than early summer.
Humidity levels will drop making for cool early morning hours. Dry skies are expected to last into early next week.
