Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

4th case of COVID-19 confirmed in Jackson County

JACKSON CO. (WSIL) -- A male in his 20s is the fourth confirmed case of COVID-19 coronavirus in Jackson County.

According to the Jackson County Health Department, investigators believe the man got exposed during travel to Chicago and the East Coast.

He is now doing well and is in home confinement.
