WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WSIL) -- A southern Illinois favorite for Fall fun will open the weekend of Saturday, September 21, 2024. Bandy's Pumpkin Patch will hold their season opening with fun for the whole family. The event starts at 9 a.m. Saturday morning and includes hayrides, a play barn, their upgraded sensory shed and their infamous corn maze.
Members of the community are also chipping in on the opening day. Johnston City Fire Department will be there with a fire engine and Caritas Family Solutions will be on hand passing out foster care information.
Organizers say they've also got a sea of pumpkins and mums to choose from. Everything kicks off on Saturday at 9 a.m. and runs until 10 p.m.
