Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Arrest made in Murray Veterans� Memorial Vandalism

MURRAY, Ky (WSIL) -- The Murray Police Department has made an arrest in connection to

Monday night, between 11:00 PM and midnight, an individual knocked over and broke two eagle statues at the Veteran’s Memorial.

With the assistance from the public and the subsequent investigation, Tuesday night detectives charged Robert Kare, 27 of Murray, KY, with Criminal Mischief 1st Degree for the vandalism at the memorial. Kare was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
