MARION (WSIL) -- A Marion man is facing charges after police say they found meth and a cannabis grow operation in his home.
Stephan A. King, 43, was taken into custody Thursday.
Members of the Marion Police Department's Narcotics Unit and its Emergency Response Team served a search warrant at King's home on Midway Court.
There, investigators say they found meth, a cannabis plant grow operation weighing approximately 40 pounds, psilocybin mushrooms, prescription tablets, ammunition, packaging materials, weighing equipment and approximately $8,500.
King was arrested on charges of production of 20-50 cannabis plants, delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.
He's currently being held in the Williamson County Jail, awaiting his first court appearance.
