...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM CDT /8 AM EDT/ THIS
MORNING TO MIDNIGHT CDT /1 AM EDT/ TONIGHT...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...All of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT /8 AM EDT/ this morning to midnight CDT /1 AM
EDT/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure outdoor objects.

.Historically high forecast rainfall amounts will create a
particularly dangerous situation with respect to the risk of flash
flooding and flooding this afternoon through Sunday.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM CDT /2 PM EDT/ THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding and flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected. Preliminary projections of up to 1 foot of total
rainfall over parts of the area is not out of the question.

* WHERE...All of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT  /2 PM EDT/ this afternoon through Sunday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding is possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of locally heavy rainfall over several days
will result in extreme forecast amounts of up to 1 foot of
rain that will cause the risk of flash flooding and flooding
to rise markedly and create a particularly dangerous flooding
situation.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

Three wanted in Franklin County, some could be considered armed and/or dangerous

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for three people wanted out of Franklin County for a range of charges, including theft and burglary.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is alerting the public to not approach these individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.

Trevor J. Waters, 25, is wanted out of Franklin County for burglary and theft charges. He was last known to be living in the Zeigler area.

William A. Reed, 48, is wanted for a retail theft charge. Reed was last known to be living in the Johnston City area.

Kendra R. Whitecotton, 37, is wanted for a theft charge out of Franklin County. She was last known to be living out of the Carterville area.
