BENTON, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for three people who failed to appear to court for charges they are wanted for in Franklin County.Â
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office are alerting the public to not approach these individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
Dakota Holmes
They are looking for Dakota A. Holmes, 24, for a failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine. He was last known to be living in the Marion area.
Justin Fitzwater
They are also looking for Justin M. Fitzwater, 49, who is wanted for a failure to appear for criminal damage to property. He was last known to be living in the Zeigler area.
Theresa D. Rutland, 49, is also wanted for a failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine. She was last known to be living in the area of Christopher. (No photo available for Rutland)
