Sheriff David Bartoni announced Jacob Minton has been arrested.
On April 18th, 2021, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office received information of the whereabouts of Jacob R. Minton, who was wanted for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Unlawful Restraint, resulting from an incident that had occurred on April 12th, 2021 in rural Royalton.
Minton was taken into custody by the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Okawville, Il. Minton has since been transferred to the Franklin County Jail and is being held on $100,000 bond.

Minton is wanted in an aggravated domestic battery that occurred on April 12, 2021.
