Shawnee Community College reschedules commencement ceremony due to severe weather

ULLIN, Ill. (WSIL) -- Shawnee Community College has rescheduled their Spring commencement ceremony to May 19, due to severe weather.

The announcement came on Friday morning as severe weather is expected to move through the region at the time of the original scheduled commencement.

The new commencement ceremony is scheduled for May 19, at 6 p.m. in the Edward M. Smith Gymnasium.
