- At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Sunday evening and continue falling to 17.5 feet

- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Traffic crash reported near Perry County Line in southern Illinois, expect delays

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. -- Motorists were alerted of a crash which took place on Monday morning at around 9:30 a.m.

The Franklin County Emergency Management Agency (FCEMA) said the traffic crash happened at Park Street Road at the Perry County Line.

FCEMA said blockage has been reported due to the crash.

Motorists are to expect delays and use alternative routes.
