Two warrants quashed out of Franklin County, one other still wanted

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. -- Authorities in Franklin County stated they were looking for three people who each faced a charge for either retail theft or an order of protection on Wednesday. Two of these warrants have now been quashed according to authorities.

Cade M. Shadowens, 20, who was originally stated to be wanted for a charge, has since been quashed.

Carl A. Lash, 32, who was also originally stated to be wanted for a charge, this has since been quashed as well.

Quash means to reject or void, especially by a legal procedure.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says there is still one person they are searching for. This person is Tosha J. Johnson, 31. They state to not approach this individual as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.

Johnson is wanted on a charge for retail theft out of Franklin County. She was last known to be living in the Ewing area. (not pictured)
