BUTLER COUNTY, Mo. -- Authorities responded to the scene of a deadly crash in Butler County, shutting down both lanes of Highway 67 for several hours on Friday night.
Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the crash happened along US 67, just north of Neelyville at 7:26 p.m. on March 22.
Both lanes of Highway 67 were reportedly shut down for several hours as authorities investigated the crash scene.
MSHP stated a 2023 Toyota 4Runner crossed the center line and crashed into a 2016 Ford F150.
According to a MSHP crash report, the driver of the 4Runner was identified as Amanda Brewer, 36 of Ellington. Brewer was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 15-year-old female passenger was also in the 4Runner at the time of the crash. She was taken to the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead several hours after the time of the crash.
Randall Tittsworth, 61 of Camp Point, Illinois, was identified as the driver of the Ford F150. Tittsworth was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kristi Heaton, a 57-year-old passenger from Little Rock, Arkansas, in the Ford F150 was air-lifted to Regional One Medical in Memphis, Tennessee, with serious injuries.
On Monday morning, online crash records report Heaton is now deceased.
Both the driver and passenger in the Toyota 4Runner were reportedly not wearing a safety device.
State police report this incident as the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th death relating to a traffic crash in 2024 in the southeast Missouri area.
