Big Muddy River near Plumfield and Murphysboro.

.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River, dropping below
flood stage at Plumfield Sunday morning, and at Murphysboro Tuesday
morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (WSIL) - The future of SEMO football looks bright!

The Redhawks have add 37 players to its 2025 class.

These 37 players are made up of eight defensive backs, eight offensive linemen, six wide receivers, four linebackers, three defensive linemen, three tight ends, three specialists and two quarterbacks.

Most of the team's recruits come from Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee. 

SEMO and these rookies open the season on the road visiting Arkansas State on Saturday, October 30th.
