Big Muddy River near Plumfield and Murphysboro.

.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River, dropping
below flood stage near Plumfield Sunday, and near Murphysboro
Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

- At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Sunday afternoon.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Meridian High School is down at the halftime of today's State Title game. 

The score sits at 33 - 19 halfway through Saturday's final game.
