SEMO Football falls out of FCS Top 25 Poll

The 16th ranked Redhawks have now tumbled out of the latest Stats Perform FCS Top 25 Perform Poll.
Here’s how they lost in the final seconds.
SEMO had leads in both of their last two games but costly fumbles in the final minutes came back to haunt them.
On Saturday night, EKU drilled a 46 yard game winning field-goal as the clock expired as SEMO fell 41-38 at the buzzer.
The Redhawks led the Salukis by 15 points and led the Colonels by the by 17 points before giving that all back.
2021 was the last time the Redhawks started 1-3. That season they finished 4-7 and missed the playoffs.
SEMO gets a much needed bye week to regroup and refocus.
They will play at Central Arkansas next Saturday.
