The Redhawks star QB will now get to coach alongside Super-Bowl-winning Quarterbacks Peyton and Eli Manning.

DeLaurent has been the unquestioned Redhawks leader and will continue to be relied on.

The rising senior will coach and inspire younger kids at the Manning Passing Academy. He also hopes to get some tips from the Manning family and bring them to SEMO.

The Central Methodist transfer was one of 20 signal callers across all divisions of college football invited to be a counselor. He is the first SEMO QB invited to the camp in program history.

The Redhawks open the season in Montgomery to face North Alabama on August 24th. That game will air on ESPN.
