(WSIL) -- It could be warmer, it could be colder, and this week we will likely see both.
A cool and cloudy Monday may bring a few morning flurries to some, but will largely kick off a stretch of dry weather. Expect cloudy skies and afternoon highs in the 30's. Considering winds remain blustery out of the northwest, wind chill values in the 20's can also be expected this afternoon.
Big changes are coming in both directions, temperature wise. We will likely see warming to low 50's by midweek, before a lobe off the polar vortex pays us a visit, bringing potential for morning lows in the single digits next weekend.
I'm tracking these changes, and more rain chances, coming up on News 3 this morning.
