CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- It was a warm end to the weekend but a cool down is on the way.
Above normal temperatures and windy conditions will stick around this evening ahead of a cold front.
The front will move through this evening bringing a small chance for light showers tonight.
The biggest change from this system will be colder temperatures to start the week. Winds will shift out of the northwest Monday leading to more seasonable weather. High temperatures will top out in the low 40s.
A chance for rain, wintry mix and a roller coaster ride of temperatures are in the forecast. Meteorologist Jacie Brianne will let you know what to expect tonight on News 3.
