(WSIL) There is a small chance of showers and storms Friday evening, but there's a bigger chance of storms Saturday late day. Temperatures will remain warm through the period but will cool for Sunday.
There is a small risk of severe weather late Saturday with damaging winds the biggest concern locally. Severe weather appears likely north of us, focused around Quincy and Peoria.
Sunday will likely be windy as a slight cool down approaches, but ample sunshine is in the Storm Track 3 forecast.
Next week will bring some cooler than normal conditions, and we will be tracking a chance for some frost.
