WAYNE CITY, Ill. -- A local bank reported some damage after they suspect an attempted theft took place overnight.
The FNB Community Bank said their drive-thru at their Wayne City location will be closed on Wednesday as authorities investigate a suspected theft which occurred with their ATM.
The bank states the ATM will be unavailable until further notice and they are working to get a replacement quickly.
The lobby of the bank is still open at their Wayne City location, along with ATMs at other locations throughout the Wayne county.
