MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. -- Two people were sent to a hospital after a two-vehicle rollover crash on Thursday.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said the crash happened on May 2, at 2:07 p.m. at the intersection of Old US Highway 45 and Englert Road.
Deputies responded to the scene and started investigating. The sheriff's office said a 47-year-old man from West Paducah, was driving a white 2014 Ford Cargo Van on Old US Highway 45 while a 51-year-old woman from Benton, Kentucky, was driving a purple 2018 Jeep Wrangler also was driving along the same road.
The sheriff's office said the jeep hit the front end of the Cargo Van which caused the jeep to overturn on the roadway.
The driver and a passenger in the jeep were taken to a local hospital for treatment for their injuries.
Assisting the sheriff's office was the Lone Oak Fire Department, Mercy Regional EMS and Harper's Towing.
